Using turquoise suede to accent journals is one of my favorite things to do! It's such a bright and exciting color and always adds a nice touch as a design component. I like to cut the suede into a flame-like design and put that piece beneath another piece of leather that I've punched holes out in...suggesting stars and perhaps inspiring you to broaden your mind and think about "the big picture"!
