This journal is perfect for every-day journaling or frequent free-flows of thought! It has a high page-count and you can use both sides of every leaf! Inks do not bleed through at all on this paper. The generous size of this leather journal also makes it perfect to use as a sketchbook, or even a guest book for a special occasion.
The handmade paper is an acid-free, archival “rag” paper, meaning it’s made out of cotton fibers from recycled clothing. It is a highly-functional paper and is conducive for the use of the following different media: any ink, graphite, charcoal, soft pastel, pan pastel, crayon, clear gesso (to prime the paper for heavier media like permanent markers and watercolor).
I do NOT recommend, however, that you use a fountain pen or calligraphy pen on this handmade paper. There are simply too many loose surface fibers that can fuck up your experience with this badass companion.
